Quickly adjust to different working conditions
Make a simple turnbuckle adjustment to adapt the gun spacing for different hole patterns. Or quickly add or remove clips to set the workhead to handle different rail heights. In addition, a removable turntable allows the PSS - Production Screw Spiker to easily reverse direction on the track.
High production levels
Use the dual-workhead mode to efficiently operate both the inside and outside workheads simultaneously. In addition, four workheads allow you to rapidly screw in all four lag screws at the same time.
Easily set drive levels
Adjust the drive height switch on the workhead from inside the cab- no tools required. In addition, fine-tune the drive depth with a simple dial setting.
Control spike feed manually or automatically
Decide how your lag screws feed into the jaws - select between manual load or auto-load options.
Quickly load spike kegs
Use the attached boom and winch to quickly load spike kegs onto the rear storage rack; the winch handles loads up to 300 lbs.
